An atlas of TF driven gene programs
CellRegulonDB is an extensive atlas of cell-type- and tissue-specific transcription factor effects across 15 organ systems. It is based on single cell data and was created by leveraging Human Cell Atlas (HCA) resources and pyScenic, an established computational method that takes both TF-gene co-expression and TF binding-motifs into account.
For more detailed information please have a look at our preprint, and cite it if you use CellRegulon in your work:

You can explore CellRegulon gene networks by clicking on "Navigate network" and filtering for TFs, genes, cell types and tissues. The filtered gene regulatory interactions can be downloaded as CSV or PDF. In addition, a python package on
GitHub
allows to explore CellRegulon programmatically.
